* 4 speed
* Survivor Car!
* Factory air
SOLD! SOLD! SOLD!
What we have here is an incredibly rare car in an extremely rare color. There were only 274 Mint Turquoise 1970 GTOs
and probably only a handful of 455 cars. With this option combination of 455, a/c (air blows cold) and a 4 speed, this
very well may be a one of one car. It is a survivor! It has not been restored and it is in outstanding original
condition.
This is a second owner car that was purchased from the orginal owner in Texas and has 114,000 original miles. The
father gave the car to his daughter who recently relinquished the car for a late model new car.
The car was built in Arlington, Texas which of course means it has never spent any time in the rust belt. It's
gorgeous and runs like nobodys business. The original build sheet and dealer order manifest comes with the car. This
is not a reprint, it is the original!
The car has Formula steering wheel, factory tach and gauges, factory a/c, 4 speed, posi traction, front and rear floor
mats, tilt steering, factory radio, high performance rear end, luggage lamp and under hood lamp, original 4 speed
Muncie transmission, original intake and carb, exhaust manifolds, WA block and #64 heads. Everything is original; seat
covers, door panels, headliner and carpet and is in incredible condition. There was one repaint with 109,000 miles on
the car and it is incredible.
There is very interesting history on this car in that it is all known and documented; the car was sold to Richard and
Martha Martin on April 8th, 1970. They traded in their 1965 GTO for a total credit value of $1,210.88 for this car.
The car has very good documentation. This is definitely a collector quality car in every aspect and what we would
consider to be a 5 star investment car. Combined with its options, condition, history, rarity and desirability, this
is one of the best collector quality investment Pontiacs you can buy. Don't loose this one.
